1. Presentation of Services

The platform livelifetechnologies.com provides consulting, design, and integration services for automation systems and smart building infrastructure for commercial buildings, including energy management and centralized control systems.

The service descriptions presented on the site are for informational purposes. Final technical specifications and the scope of services are defined through individual commercial contracts.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider (LiveLife Technologies) undertakes to:

• Perform the services according to the agreed contractual specifications.
• Provide technical support within the limits established by separate agreements.
• Protect the Client's confidential data in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide complete and accurate information necessary for project execution.
• Ensure access to the infrastructure required for installation and configuration.
• Make payments according to the terms established in invoices and contracts.

3. Limitation of Liability

LiveLife Technologies is not liable for:

• Data loss or operational interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., client hardware defects, network outages, force majeure).
• Consequences of using the services for purposes for which they were not designed.
• Modifications to the client's infrastructure made without our technical consent.

The total liability of LiveLife Technologies is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the damage.

4. Payment Terms and Policies

All prices are expressed in LEI and do not include VAT, if applicable. Invoices are issued upon contract signing or at defined delivery stages.

Refund policy: Due to the customized nature of integration and design services, payments for services that have commenced are non-refundable. Any request to modify or cancel a project must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

Subscriptions: If a subscription-based service is offered, it may be canceled by the client at the end of the current billing period, with prior written notice of at least 30 days.

5. Termination of Use and Modification of Terms

LiveLife Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any client who violates these terms or fails to meet their financial obligations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the site or services after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The current version is always available on this page.
