Initial Challenge

The campus faced excessive energy consumption, a lack of a centralized utility monitoring system, and difficulties in managing heating and lighting across over 20 buildings. A unified solution was needed.

We implemented a centralized IoT-based control platform that aggregates data from hundreds of sensors. We used a modular architecture, allowing for future expansion. The focus was on interoperability and real-time analytics.
